The terms and conditions related to the use of these tools are governed by the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) for RailWorks?, and thus no additional agreement is required. Q: How can I turn my content into a product for RailWorks?
A:  By creating a package, you can distribute your product to other RailWorks? users. There are a number of hosting sites that will allow you to sell your product on-line; if you wish, RailSimulator?.com may also be able to help with this.
